How It Works

Consult
Your luxury listing, new home build or exciting interior design is ready for show time. You just need the perfect photos to showcase it. Once you reach out we’ll discuss your photography needs. Typically, I need to know the scope of the job, size and location of the property and when you would like to have the shoot done. Depending on your needs, pre shoot walk through maybe be helpful to decide what shoots are ideal for your intended use. Typically a shot list helps shooting proceed faster.

Book
Once we’ve discussed what you need in detail. The next step would be signing a photo contract and submitting the 50% reservation deposit to secure your photo session.

Shoot/Delivery
On the day of the shoot. I usually do a pre weather check in if inclement weather is a threat. I’ll show up early to set up for the assignment. Please make sure the property is staged and ready. Exterior features Once all the images are captured. The editing process which involved photo blending begins. This process can take some time. Typically images are ready in 2 weeks. The Balance payment is due once photo galleries are ready.
